Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all manuals, hardware, and accessories included.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fees

Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to items that are not defective and are returned simply due to buyer's remorse or ordering the incorrect part. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our support team at info@theoffroad.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed and may be returned to the sender.
